Sue Banks, GAICD, FCCA, MBA, brings extensive governance expertise to SEMPHN's Board through 30 years of non-executive director experience across diverse sectors. As Board Member and Chair of Finance Committee at Oral Health Victoria (formerly DHSV) – a world leader in value-based healthcare – Sue provides strategic oversight in transforming health service delivery.

Her governance roles span Vision Australia and The Bridge Inc, demonstrating deep commitment to equitable, person-centred care. Sue's deep interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and AI governance, enhanced by recent MIT studies, positions her at the forefront of healthcare transformation discussions. Her strategic focus on risk management, financial sustainability, and innovation governance directly supports SEMPHN's Path to Impact strategy and mission to help south east Melbourne communities live their healthiest lives.
