Michael Spencer is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a passion for the not-for-profit sector. Previously working across iconic organisations like Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland) and St John Ambulance (Victoria), he understands the important work that SEMPHN does in improving health outcomes for the community.

While finance is his formal background, Michael has also previously led teams across IT, Facilities, Purchasing, Fleet, Legal, Quality, Risk, People & Culture, and Payroll.

Michael is a CPA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
