Cris Massis

Cris Massis is the Chief Executive of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) and Director of Saint George Consulting, a boutique advisory agency specialising in strategy, management, governance, membership and allied health.

With a career focused on service-based organisations across a variety of sectors including healthcare, finance and professional sport, Cris has in-depth leadership experience, knowledge and governance exposure of high-performing service-based organisations. He has held senior positions in corporate and health-based organisations, including Advent Health and the Australian Physiotherapy Association in addition to being a former Chair of Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA).

Currently, Cris is also a non-executive Director on the Board of Osteopathy Australia and an independent member of the Standards Council for Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

Cris has a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Graduate Diploma in Sport Business and an MBA, in addition to having completed the Executive Program in International Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Delivering Value Through Digital program at the University of Oxford.

Cris was previously a member of SEMPHN's Clinical and Community Council.
