Dr Udani Reets is a leader in Australia’s health and medical sector, with unique expertise in supporting companies to deliver successful, innovative, large-scale partnerships, services and ventures that improve healthcare policies, practice and outcomes.

Dr Reets is the CEO of the Children’s Cancer CoLab, an organisation dedicated to improving outcomes and quality of life for children with cancer. She is also the co-founder of WILD for STEM, a social enterprise on a mission to improve diversity in STEM leadership.

Dr Reets’ success is underpinned by her biomedical expertise, initially training and working as a neuroscientist, as well as her extensive national and international healthcare and innovation experience and networks.

Dr Reets is also driven by a desire to address systemic gender biases and improve social, health and economic outcomes for women.
